A Valuable Report - We hired Jim to inspect the house that we were buying in Alpharetta. Jim was professional and it took about 4 hours to complete the inspection. He found some problems that we felt needed to be fixed before we would go to closing. We were able to use his report to get the seller to fix a few things and to get repair quotes from venders for a few other problems and then renegotiate the price with the seller, as well. Excellent - My wife and I are sure glad that we had the house inspected before we bought. A Five Star Inspection - I was selling my house and decided to have it inspected to get it ready to put on the market. With the Real Estate market being a little slow right now I wanted to make sure that nothing was going to get in the way at the last minute and hold up the closing. Great inspection - The inspector showed up on time and spent a lot of time showing me the problems in my house. He inspected the attic, crawlspace and everything and was able to produce a report with lots of pictures that I could view on the internet very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone. ROB
